We’ve all had those times when we’re in a slump or just don’t feel quite up to par. Though unpleasant, it’s nothing to be ashamed of. MindfulnessFabriek workshops

Applies to: the ‘Jongeren’, ‘Gezinnen’ and ‘50+’ additional insurance packages
Reimbursement: €60

In collaboration with MindfulnessFabriek we offer you 2 workshops. Each lasts 90 minutes and comprises a 45-minute webinar and a live chat with a mindfulness trainer.

  • the ‘Mindful pauzeren’ (Take a mindful break) workshop is a well-balanced mix of being active and relaxing. In just 90 minutes, you will learn how to take more effective breaks and recognise your body’s signals, and you will get practical tips and exercises.
  • the ‘Mindful thuis werken’ (Working mindfully from home) workshop is designed especially for people who work from home and spend a lot of time in front of the computer. By learning to direct your attention and make choices based on that, you can keep work-related stress in check while getting an accurate view of your personal goals and actions.

If you worry or suffer from work-related stress, anxiety or depression, overcome this with the Vitalmindz online courses and workshops. Get started with the training programme and practical assignments in the comfort of your own home. You will get support from a therapist by email or over the telephone. We reimburse the costs of 1 module per year for 100%.

With Minday, you learn to live more mindfully while gaining peace of mind. The programme starts with an intake session over the phone, after which you can start on the online training immediately. And because a mindfulness coach guides you along the way, you don’t have to face it all on your own. The programme takes 8 weeks to complete.
