That’s why CZ gives you give a reimbursement guarantee right from the moment we announce our premiums. If we’re still negotiating with a hospital at that point, your healthcare will be reimbursed next year, whatever the outcome. CZ has three general insurance policies:
‘Zorgbewustpolis’. This is an in-kind policy. You will receive 100% reimbursement from healthcare providers with a contract for your care. You get 70% of non-contracted healthcare reimbursed. With this policy, you take care of your healthcare matters online.
‘Zorg-op-maatpolis’. This is an in-kind policy. You will receive 100% reimbursement from healthcare providers with a contract for your care. You get 75% of non-contracted healthcare reimbursed.
‘Zorgvariatiepolis’. This is a combination policy. You will receive 100% reimbursement for contracted and non-contracted healthcare. With the exception of non-contracted district nursing and mental health care. This reimbursement is a maximum of 85% of the rate of healthcare providers with a contract. You pay the remaining amount yourself.
CZdirect offers one general insurance policy. Given that this policy is not a refund policy, what healthcare provider you choose is more important. Healthcare provided by a non-contracted healthcare provider will be reimbursed at 65%.

No, that’s not possible unfortunately. If you select a CZdirect general insurance policy and want additional cover, you may only choose from the additional insurance packages and dental insurance policies offered under CZdirect.
