Complaint about a healthcare provider

When it comes to healthcare, things generally run smoothly. However, a mistake can be made on occasion, or you may not have been treated with the consideration you deserve – by the hospital, a doctor, or whoever. This undoubtedly was not done on purpose. All the same, you are understandably upset about it. If this is the case, please send us your complaint.

Three steps to filing a complaint

  1. Discuss your complaint with your healthcare provider and see if you can reach a solution together. Healthcare providers often have their own complaints procedure.

  2. If this does not resolve the issue, report your complaint to CZ by completing and sending the complaint form.

  3. We will listen to what you have to say, register your complaint and direct you to the appropriate authorities. If we receive numerous complaints about the same healthcare provider, we will raise the issue with the provider.
