Take the tests with the comprehensive HealthCheck
Using the test kit, you will do a blood test and measure your BMI, waist circumference, cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure.The blood pressure monitor is not included in the kit. If you do not have one, you can borrow one from a pharmacy or chemist. If you are unable to measure your blood pressure or have it measured by someone else, you can leave this field empty. This will not affect your results too much..
