Test your health with the HealthCheck

One in three Dutch people has early-stage diabetes or cardiovascular disease without realising it. The HealthCheck will give you a comprehensive reading of your health and lifestyle, and you will get instant tips and help to improve both.

Available with your group health insurance

If you have group health insurance with CZ in 2024, the annual HealthCheck will be fully reimbursed. No need to pay anything up front. It’s the perfect way to get a comprehensive reading of your health.

Test yourself at home, safely and reliably

What is unique about the FitzMe HealthCheck is that you can test yourself safely in the comfort of your own home. The check now comes in two versions: the simple version where you just fill in an online questionnaire, and a more comprehensive version with an online questionnaire and a home test kit that lets you test things such as your glucose and cholesterol levels.

How the HealthCheck works

  1. Sign up on the FitzMe portal and log on

    (in Dutch) will only take 2 minutes. Once you have done that, you can log on right away.

  2. Request the HealthCheck

    This will take you to your personal environment. Choose the HealthCheck. Read the explanation and request the HealthCheck.

  3. Fill in the online questionnaire

    This questionnaire will provide insight into your health, lifestyle and health risks.

  4. Run a few tests with the comprehensive HealthCheck

    The test kit will have you do a blood test and measure your BMI, waist circumference, cholesterol and glucose levels, and your blood pressure, all in the comfort of your own home. The kit does not include a blood pressure meter. If you don’t have one, borrow one from a family member or friend or ask your local pharmacy or chemist. If you are unable to measure your blood pressure or have it measured by someone else, leave this field empty. You can still continue with the rest of the health check as normal.

  5. Get your test results

    Within 3 weeks, you will receive the test results. Enter these results in your personal profile to get tailored health advice.
