What do I need to be able to make video calls?
The only thing you need is a computer (desktop or laptop), tablet or telephone with a webcam, and a good Wi-Fi connection or 3G/4G coverage.
How is the call secured?
Conversations will be conducted through Teams between CZ - client/intermediary.
What if I can’t make it on the day of the appointment?
In the video call confirmation email, you will also find a link that you can use to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
