Order your 50 condoms

If you have a CZ ‘Jongeren’ additional insurance package, you are entitled to 50 free condoms every calendar year.

• You can order your 50 free condoms up to 31 December each year, since this is the end date of your additional insurance package.
• You need to order your 50 free condoms from CZ. You cannot buy them in a chemist’s and forward the invoice to us.
• Around two weeks after you have placed your order, the condoms will be delivered to your address in a plain envelope.

The condoms are made by condoom.nl, are 54mm wide and 180mm long, and meet European condom legislation standards (ISO 4074-2002). They are made of rubber latex. The expiry date is displayed on both the box and on each condom wrapper.
