You can pay your premium, deductible and personal contribution in various ways. Find out more and ask for help if you need it.

If you can’t pay your invoice in one go, you can pay in instalments. Whenever it suits you.
You can easily update your account number or payment method yourself.
If you expect to incur healthcare costs over the coming year, you can opt to pay your deductible in 10 advance instalments, so you’re not suddenly faced with a large invoice. And if you don’t ‘use up’ all of your deductible, the surplus will automatically be refunded in the following year. Please note: you must apply for this arrangement before 1 February.
If you’re temporarily unable to make your payments, or your payments are in arrears, don’t worry. We can help you in various ways. We’ll find an appropriate solution together.
